QForm allows you to collect requests from the website and respond promptly to them. With the built-in integration, you can connect SMS notifications via SigmaSMS or another service and immediately find out about new requests.
Before you start, make sure that you have a SigmaSMS account and access to your QForm personal account. In the future, you will need to create a SigmaSMS token and connect it to the required space in QForm through the Modules and Integrations section. Additionally, no actions with the QForm API are required – everything is configured through the interface.
To have requests from the site automatically sent in SMS, connect QForm with the messaging service. One of the easiest ways to connect SigmaSMS.
First, create a token in your SigmaSMS account. To do this, open the "Tokens" section in your account settings, come up with a name and click "Create". Copy the received key, it will be used for authorization.
Now go back to your QForm account. Go to the "Spaces and Sites" section, click the ⠇ icon next to the desired space and select "Settings". In the window that opens, go to the "Modules and Integrations" tab and select the "SigmaSMS" section.

After saving, the card of the connected account will appear. This means that QForm and SigmaSMS are linked, and you can configure sending notifications.
After enabling SigmaSMS, you need to specify in which cases messages will be sent and to whom exactly.
You can set two types of notifications in the QForm integration settings:
To do this, select which field of the form will be used for the phone number (most often this is the "Phone" field), and configure the text of the message. You can insert data from the request into the template: the customer's name, date, order number, and other parameters.
This way, each new application is automatically converted into an SMS notification - both clients and the team always stay informed.
In addition to notifications for customers, you can set up internal SMS messages for employees in QForm. This is useful if it is important to respond immediately to new requests or to remind you of those that remain unanswered for a long time.

After saving, an active notification card will appear. It is important to keep in mind that each setting is performed for only one phone number. If you need multiple recipients, you will have to repeat the process.
