Зарегистрируйтесь на QForm и добавьте свой сайт
Создайте форму и дайте ей название. Оно отображается только в QForm
Перейдите в режим конструктора, добавьте и настройте необходимые типы полей. Чтобы получить пошаговую форму, создавайте для каждого шага отдельный раздел
Разместите «Текстовый блок». Поле поддерживает теги HTML, используя которые можно добавлять элементы (заголовки, картинки, GIF) и интересно оформить начало квиза
Добавляйте поля «Один из списка» или «Несколько из списка». Укажите заголовок, дополните пункты вариантами ответов и прикрепляйте изображения
В конце квиза попросите пользователя ввести свои данные, куда будут направлена расчетная стоимость и вознаграждение (скидка, промокод)
На вкладке «Дизайн» перейдите в раздел «Шаги заполнения формы» и выберите один из вариантов отображения
Перейдите на вкладку «Код вставки»
Скопируйте DIV для установки формы и скрипт для ее вызова, вставьте на сайт
