Create a quiz for product selection on QForm

Post surveys on the website and advise visitors which products are best for them.

For this:

Create a form and give it a name. It is only displayed in QForm

Switch to constructor mode, add and configure the required field types. To get a step-by-step form, create a separate section for each step

Add the field "One in the list" or "Several in the list". Specify the title, use the answer option to complete the project and attach an image, as shown in our example, each type of cookie is clearly stated for easy selection
