Making a form on QForm for a Wordpress site

Use the ready-made widgets of the constructor and install the form on Wordpress without plugins.

For this:

Create a form and give it a name. It is displayed only in QForm

Go to the constructor mode, add and configure the fields:

To collect contacts, drag the widgets "Name", "E-mail". Make them mandatory

Add images for the section. Choose the location options or set as a background. If necessary, you can disable the display in the mobile version

Configure the design, field validation, anti-captcha, and more

Go to the "Embed Code" tab

Copy the DIV to install the form and the script to call it

To place a contact form on a Wordpress site, switch to the edit mode of a new or existing page

Click on the "+" button to add a block.

Select "Custom HTML".

In the area that appears, paste the copied DIV and script.
Click "Update", after which the created form will appear on the site.
